Since 1996. Built in Houma, grown across the Gulf Coast, trusted by the operators who move America's energy.
Pipeline Construction & Maintenance was founded in 1996 in Houma, Louisiana, at the doorstep of the oil & gas operators that have shaped the Gulf Coast for a century. We started as a maintenance crew with a single truck and a single promise: do the work like the line was yours.
Three decades later, that promise hasn't changed. We've grown into a 350-person, 28-state pipeline services partner. But every crew still answers to the same standard. Safety & integrity are what drive our business.
PCM operates from two anchor headquarters (Houma, LA and Winnie, TX) so we can mobilize across the Gulf Coast and the broader U.S. corridor without losing the response-time advantage that defined us from day one.
The people who set the standard, sign the bids, and answer the phone. PCM's leadership team is hands-on across both headquarters and the full project lifecycle.
A culture of safe execution. Certified, audited, and earned. TRIR of 0.42 is meaningful only because nobody on a PCM crew accepts a shortcut.
We tell operators what we know, what we don't, and what we're going to do about it. Always. No silver bullets, no surprise change orders.
From feasibility to commissioning. One team, one schedule, one accountability line. We don't outsource our reputation.
The same teammates show up to your project. Retention is high because the work is hard, the standards are real, and the company has your back.
