A 42" high-pressure crude tie-in across rural Kansas. 78 miles delivered 12 days ahead of schedule, zero recordable incidents over 78,000 work hours.
In Q1 2022 a major midstream operator engaged PCM to deliver a 78-mile mainline tie-in connecting two existing pipeline corridors through rural Kansas. The scope included new 42" mainline, multiple highway crossings, hydrostatic testing, and full commissioning into both operator-controlled stations.
PCM ran two construction spreads in parallel, one east of Galloway and one west. They met in the middle on day 41. Welding production rates ran 12% above plan thanks to weld-quality continuity from a single PCM team across the full corridor.
